Delivery
Eva Guadalupe’s handcrafted pieces are created in the order in which they are purchased. For this reason, please allow an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks, which is dependent on the specific piece and the destination of the delivery.
International Shipping
All international shipping is subject to additional charges to cover the cost of delivery. The timing for delivering a piece to an international destination can vary based on location and method of delivery.
Exchanges and Returns Policy
All sales of our handcrafted pieces are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns for any of our products. To ensure maximum satisfaction, feel free to let us know prior to ordering if you have questions or need additional information about any of our pieces via email at eva@evaguadalupe.com. In the case of an extraordinary situation with your delivered piece, you must contact us within 5 days of the receiving date so we can address any issues. After 5 days, Eva Guadalupe is not responsible for any claims regarding a delivered piece.
Handling and Care of Your Pieces
If you have purchased an Eva Guadalupe piece for your elegant wedding or formal event, congratulations! Each and every one of our products is special and elaborated with dedication. Since every detail of our pieces is completed by hand, we encourage you to follow our recommendations for proper care so that your piece can maintain its original state. Store your piece at room temperature in a moisture free environment. To the extent possible, keep your piece in its original packaging. Finally, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or other chemical-based products that can cause deterioration of your piece. We hope that you enjoy your Eva Guadalupe piece, and wish you the best in your special day!
